My journey didn’t begin with starships or spiritual downloads. It began with a quiet knowing that I was different.
As a child growing up in the UK, I was highly sensitive, intuitive, and deeply aware of people’s emotional worlds. I often found myself holding space for others long before I had language for what I was experiencing. I could sense where people were blocked, overwhelmed, or searching, and I naturally reflected back what they could not yet see in themselves.
That sensitivity became my first initiation.
Like many on a spiritual path, I later tried to fit into a more conventional life. I built a career in corporate recruitment, and from the outside everything looked successful — but internally I felt disconnected, misaligned, and unfulfilled.
That disconnection eventually became the turning point that led me into my true path.
In my early 40s, I went through a profound shift in awareness that changed everything.
What followed was a gradual remembering of my deeper identity, purpose, and connection to consciousness beyond the physical world.
This awakening opened the doorway to what I now understand as the Oversoul Codex — a living field of information made of colour, number, frequency, and archetypal intelligence that reflects the deeper blueprint of the soul.
Through this remembrance, I began to understand my role as a guide for others moving through their own periods of transition, confusion, and awakening.
Today, I support people to understand what is happening in their life beneath the surface — emotionally, energetically, and spiritually — so they can move forward with clarity and confidence.
My work blends Colour Mirrors Therapy, Numerology, Astrology, Human Design, and intuitive Oversoul guidance to help people recognise their patterns and reconnect with their inner truth.
This is not about collecting more information. It is about understanding yourself at a deeper level so you can realign with your natural path.
